1. Orders, Payments & Minimum Quantity:

All orders must be processed with advance payment.

For wholesale purchases above ₹50,000, customers must pay 50% upfront, and the remaining 50% must be paid within 7 days.

The minimum order quantity must be 300 pieces per order.




2. Shipping & Delivery:

Tixoi is not responsible for delays caused by external factors.


3. Returns & Exchanges:

Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products.

Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.


4. Late Payments & Penalties:

Payments for credit-based orders must be completed within 7 days.

A 2% per month penalty will be applied for late payments.

Tixoi reserves the right to modify these terms & conditions at any time.

In case of disputes, legal proceedings will take place in the nearest court.
